mySAaddress.com, a service of the Musasiwa Group (MG), facilitates shopping from South African online retailers and shipping to Zimbabwe. We provide:
South African Shipping Address: A unique South African address for you to use when making online purchases.
Package Consolidation: We receive and combine multiple packages into a single shipment for cost-effective shipping to Zimbabwe.
Zimbabwe Shipping: We arrange shipping of your consolidated packages directly to your Zimbabwe address.
Pay My Cart (Optional): We can purchase items from South African retailers on your behalf. You pay us in cash, Ecocash, or Innbucks in Zimbabwe.
Service Options & Fees
One Time Use:
$5.00 USD for a single-use address.
Yearly: $20.00 USD/year for unlimited address use within a 365-day period.
Pay My Cart: Fees apply based on the service, contact us for details.
Shipping: Shipping from South Africa to Zimbabwe is an additional charge calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your consolidated package.
Grocery Rate: Discounted shipping rates may apply to grocery orders.
Client Responsibilities
Order Information:
Clients must promptly notify us of all orders placed using their mySAaddress.com address and provide any available tracking information.
Prohibited Items: Clients are responsible for ensuring their orders comply with South African and Zimbabwean import/export laws and do not contain any banned or restricted items. A detailed list of prohibited items is available on our website.
Customs and Duties: Clients are solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by Zimbabwean authorities.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Options:
We offer the following options:
Harare/Bulawayo Pickup: 20-25% of product cost
Door-to-Door Delivery: 30% of product cost
Delivery Time: Delivery to Zimbabwe typically takes up to 7 days from the date of shipment from South Africa. Delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.
Weight Limits: Individual packages must not exceed 30kgs.
Shipping Carriers: We use a combination of road and air freight carriers. MG is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Late Deliveries: Clients are responsible for following up with South African retailers regarding late delivery of their orders.
Damaged Goods & Insurance
Limited Liability:
MG takes care in handling your packages but is not responsible for items arriving damaged from retailers. We can open and photograph packages upon request before consolidation.
Optional Insurance: Shipping insurance is available for purchase. Please contact customer service for details.
Refunds
Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued if MG fails to deliver your products to the agreed location in Zimbabwe. We are not responsible for refunds related to the original purchase from South African retailers.
Order Handling
Storage:
We will store packages for a reasonable period. Unclaimed or undeliverable packages may be disposed of or returned to the sender at the client's expense.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Updates:
MG reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Notice of changes will be posted on our website.
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
