Using mySA Address

mySA Address gives customers a South African delivery address, receives eligible packages, and helps arrange delivery to Zimbabwe. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, and keep your login secure.

Packages and prohibited goods

You are responsible for the items you order and for following the rules of the store, South Africa, Zimbabwe, customs authorities, and carriers. Do not send illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, restricted, or prohibited goods. We may hold, return, refuse, or report a package when safety, legal, customs, or identity checks require it.

Quotes and payment

The app shows the server-confirmed quote and available payment terms for each shipment. Fees can depend on goods value, category, insurance, home delivery, destination, and operational requirements. A customer-entered payment reference does not confirm payment; confirmation comes from our payment provider or authorized team. Stripe checkout is subject to Stripe's terms.

Invoices, messages, and account deletion

Upload only documents you are allowed to share. You should review extracted invoice information before approving an order or shipment. You may change your password, sign out, or permanently delete your account from Settings. Deletion is subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-retention requirements described in our Privacy policy.

Availability and support

We work to keep the website, app, warehouse, and delivery updates available, but timing can be affected by stores, carriers, customs, weather, networks, and events outside our control. Contact us promptly if a package, quote, or account detail looks wrong. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, security, non-payment, or legal reasons.
